COLUMBIA, S.C. – Governor Nikki Haley, U.S. Senator Lindsey Graham and Congressman Jeff Duncan (SC-03) will discuss new offshore drilling and energy development legislation before Congress and the potential it has to create jobs in South Carolina during a Monday press conference in Columbia.
