Dec 7, 2012 Issues: Veterans

Washington, DC- South Carolina Congressman Jeff Duncan released the following statement on the 71st Anniversary of the attack on Pearl Harbor:

“As we pause to remember the 71st anniversary of the attack on Pearl Harbor, we are reminded of all those who have died in defense of freedom. We are eternally grateful for all of those who have served, and reaffirm our commitment to honor the promises made to all of our veterans and their families. The anniversary of the Pearl Harbor attack is also a sobering reminder that we must remain vigilant in protecting our nation and its people from those who seek to extinguish the torch of freedom. May God bless all of our military, and may He continue to bless the United States of America”
